This strategy was designed to measure buying and selling exhaustion. This means that it looks for who is in charge of the stock…buyers or sellers. And when this changes we get a signal to buy or sell. The beauty of this is that it keeps us from chasing bad trades and over trading and wasting money on commissions. It maximizes our return by eliminating bad trades and false signals.
